I’ve lost my parking/pool pass
All passes can be reissued with a replacement cost fee. Please remember that all dues and/or fines must be satisfied before you will receive your replacement. Please use the “Request Forms” and choose “other”
I want to make changes to my unit
Most HOAs have their own set of rules and forms. Please use our “request forms” to determine what your building requires. If you are in Ocean City or Berlin, you may need a permit and are responsible for any fees to obtain. You will also need to provide the contractor’s company name, description of work, certificate of insurance (COI) and license number on all requests.
There’s been a fire/flood or other emergency
Call emergency services and then call us 410-271-1278 - do not wait!
You will then need to contact your insurance company. Most HOAs have a $10,000 deductible so make sure your H06 policy helps cover that amount.
